Not to be confused with recent imitators, the one and only Las Vegas Farmer's Market can be found at The Gardens Park in Summerlin on Tuesdays, at Bruce Trent Park on Wednesdays, and at other locations in Centennial Hills and North Las Vegas (check their web site). Winder Farms, a relatively recent addition, offers home delivery of fresh organic groceries. After talking with Erne Jacobsen, one of the enthusiastic partners in this new venture, I think these folks are on to something big.
